Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

Posted by Sweeter side of life at 19:43:00
Hi its been long since my last post, was really busy with my school exam.
I am so glad to say...finally i have some time to brush up on my bread making skills!
Trust me, it is NOT easy to make bread. : / Or is it that i simply do not have enough strength to knead the dough? Alright enough about bread, though i have one baking in the oven right now as i'm writing this post. I can just smell that yeasty flavour whafting through the house! Oooh can't wait to eat it : D

Let me get back to the cookie :)
One cookie is about 200 calories!! Whoops, but hey it is sooo good, you just want to sink your teeth into this chewy gooey cookie that has got a crispy exterior! Hmmm : D
The chocolate melts! Something not unsual since it is made from cocoa butter. Well, it doesn't if it is made from vegetable oil. Ever tasted chocolate that remains unchanged even when inside your mouth? Yeap you guessed it, it is shortening!! The horror of all fats in the world. HAHA

Yes my friends! Here is your chance to eat this fabulous cookie- simply place an order to me via my email : D

Going at $1.50 for one palm size cookie !
PS: my palm size :)

You have such a cute blog! And I see you're very entrepreneurial. Good job! (If you want to try an alternate chocolate chip cookie recipe, Pierre Herme's is quite spectacular. Many of my friends and I are completely hooked!)
